5. Description of the Service
Freelancer Digest is a software service designed to help freelancers discover relevant opportunities through automated aggregation, filtering, classification, and personalized recommendations.
The Service may include both free and premium functionality.
We continuously improve the Service and may introduce, modify, replace, or remove features at any time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Freelancer Digest offers optional Premium Subscriptions that provide access to additional features and functionality.
The availability, pricing, duration, and features of each Subscription Plan are described within the Service at the time of purchase.
Premium access becomes available only after successful payment verification.
Subscription benefits remain available until the subscription expires or is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
Premium access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, or assigned to another person.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a Premium Subscription does not grant ownership of any software, data, intellectual property, or exclusive rights to the Service.
7. Payments and Billing
Payments for Premium Subscriptions are currently processed through Telegram Stars.
We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information. Payment processing is performed by the applicable Payment Provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you authorize the applicable Payment Provider to process the payment required for your selected Subscription Plan.
Premium access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
If a payment cannot be verified or is rejected by the Payment Provider, Premium access will not be activated.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction if we reasonably believe that the transaction involves fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms.
Future versions of the Service may support additional payment methods without requiring amendments to these Terms.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Billing & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Billing & Refund Policy:
- purchases are considered final;
- refunds are provided at our discretion;
- completed subscriptions are generally non-refundable; and
- fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be denied.
Where a refund is approved, Premium access may be suspended or terminated immediately.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

You must not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;

You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination of access does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Billing & Refund Policy.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, payment obligations, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
15. Changes to the Service
